Yesterday morning I got an email from food panda app that my request for a person's with disability (PWD) was not approved because apparently the data from the KYC that I had put didn't match, "been denied due to your foodpanda account information not matching the information on your KYC form. " I suspect that it was the factor because I had experienced it before where the ID was not accepted due to the same discrepancy which is why having my PWD with an incomplete address lacking the house number and the zone number but only the Barrio name, City/Municipality, and the Province name.

I have no idea what the are talking about but I have an inkling that it is about my PWD ID's address not matching my complete address. It is because the home address in my ID doesn't have the house number and the zone number whereas what I put in the "KYC" form was my complete home address. That is what I will do or change this time when I try requesting the application for the supposed discount because it is the only thing that I know causing this rather minor issue but enough to cause a denial of approval by the Foodpanda team.

Well it could be it because besides the PWD number being correct and now in the department of health PWD website database, my name, and my mother's name, my complete home address was the only thing that I inputted in the form plus the photo of my two IDs, the other one being the photo of my Philhealth ID. I might also use another form of ID like my Postal ID because it is one of the best ID that I can use besides my Philhealth ID for identity verification in this country where I live.

Later this day tat the time of this writing I will try again because I needed some discount on my purchases using the foodpanda app as I also sometimes use it to buy medicines and groceries aside from buying foods when it is needed. Well of course the discount is a great help in slashing some money that I can keep for other things that I need because it includes discount from value-added tax (VAT) which is 12 percent of the total value of the purchased item aside from 20 percent privilege discount although I think many stores are only giving ten percent but it still matters a lot compared to not getting any discount at all.
