I will not be eating much protein now but I will try to use Ketoanalogues soon to incorporate in my diet. So what are Ketoanalogues, they are the nitrogen-free amino acids, building blocks of protein that are easily absorbed by the body. My aim to include them in my new diet is to prevent myself from being deficient for my protein consumption which just raises my blood's urea, nitrogen, and creatinine because my dialysis center is not cleaning my blood that well. My doctor seems to be not that focused in lowering these things most probably because of my bouts of hypotension episodes during my treatment sessions.
That complication gets reported to my Nephrologist by my nurses when she visits the clinic so she would instruct the nurses to do such things such as putting me in a frequent dialysis during the times that I was just going two times per week which I refused because of having no budget for it until we got a totally free sessions from of our government health insurance system. My Nephrologist also had instructed to make me use low flux dialyzer and a slow blood pump during my treatment session which I also refused because it will just not clean my blood better.
However, my nurses of course had made a way to do just that and now I can feel the result, my blood is just not cleaned well unlike before. What's the result? my blood always as elevated urea, nitrogen, and creatinine. So now I must sacrifice my food enjoyment by cutting back much protein in my diet. I also have to keep in mind not to eat high phosphorus and potassium food items because they are also not cleaned-out well from my body.
Basically I will adjust form my doctor's nurse's way of cleaning out my blood out of necessity so that I can be able to feel better in-between dialysis sessions otherwise I will feel ill and risk myself with hospitalization which I want to avoid because of course it will cost me money considering that it is hard to earn money and it will also affect my plans that needs money basically.
Anyway, there are cheaper Ketoanalogues in the market today, they are made in India which is known to sell competitive prices of medicines because there are so many drug manufactures in India and it results in a much cheaper medicines with almost the same quality unlike here in my country which also imports medicines which is why they are much expensive here compared to the medicines in India which is also why my government imports medicines from India for government hospital use while the private drugstores doesn't do that because they do not care about things being cheap for the public and just concentrated about the availability of the medicines regardless of its price not favoring the pockets of the public.
