You know, we should not destroy any human relations, but we should make new and constructive ones, and we are just in the life being ourselves as we are when we are here, and we have just enough the power ourselves when being in leader positions, just as a research position really is about. And hence, we have much power of forming the business life, and the relations just as we are while we are here.
We should always love and be serious with our employees and employer, and we are just in the life to be as constructive as we can while we are here, and we should be ourselves, and offer our best versions and inspiration and utility of ourselves, and principals can be in powerful positions, just as each human, man and woman, can be when growing up coming from the leading and strong business schools in the world, and we cannot have this old-fashioned look on the society with men leading our women, because we should be where we are when we are here, and the education and the research are open for everyone, both men and women. And we should dare going against traditions and habits and norms, and nothing is sure unless it is proved in research many places in the world, and we should avoid groups being stupid and silly about these issues, and we determine ourselves our enemies and friends when we are here.
So, there is nothing regulating that women cannot lead unless they are qualified, and having enough education and research background about what is going on when we are here, and people should take the responsibility of their own opinions and ask why they are doing as they are when we are here, and we cannot say that any woman cannot lead anything, and we are just in the positions in the church where women cannot engage in preaching, but otherwise they can engage in anything, and men and women are having the same resources in their bodies, and therefore we should cooperate with each other, and trying to build environments where we are when we are here. And we cannot deny women to be leaders since they are qualified for these tasks, and it is often people with little education and research that claim that we should go the old way where the man is the head of the woman in all positions and places, but this is not the true fact any more, since the reality is that both genders can contribute, and both genders can lead if they are qualified on these things, and this is really about human asset management, and that we are learning in the schools, the firms and the universities, that both genders can have leading positions and govern the firm just as it is and just related to how it is coming.
So, what is the reality, and why could not Gro Harlem Brundtland be the prime minister and the leader of the Rio Conference, when these things are possible and plausible and sensible when we are here? Well, the research today is meeting the Bible, and there are areas where we believe in freedom and in diversity, and sometimes we have study programs with courses, for instance in human resource management, claiming that both genders could have high positions and leading positions, and these things are true in the whole business life, and in many public organizations when we are here, and we cannot go together with people we do not agree with when we are here.
So, what are the reasons for people believing that women cannot lead just as men? Why cannot the schools give trust to any humans early in their career making both possibilities, learning ways and new ways of learning and fronting and protecting organizations for both kinds of humans, both for women and men? Well, there are many special and wonderful opinions about anything, and we should not believe in anything unless it has been proved with validity in research where we are, and hence we are strong, and the boards can also be wrong in these issues, and we should make peace and harmony and love in the organizations, and when we are closing down some relations, we are we denounce study programs that we are not allowed to do, and these things should be punished, and we cannot have such kinds of views and opinions and standpoints, and the reality is that if we are meaning something special, we are not meaning it, if we are unsure about the consequences and the processe and the outcomes, and everything with the schools and the churches should be brought in doubt, unless we are sure about what is happening. And the eyes of those who don't know but think they know get a glow.
