The railway is here to come and to be sustained and maintained for years. Have you thought about that fantastic invention? First there is a railway, we cannot go on all kinds of things, and we must have a way where it is possible surrounded by nature and human nature where we are, and in addition we cannot use all kinds of cars on the railways, but there should be railcars there, so that is the code or the lesson of doing anything today, and we are just where we are when we are here, and you know, everything is a detail, a large thing or some combinations of these things, and this is how life is lived, operated and worked while we are here.
So, earlier in Norway we had the company called for NSB, and they were a nonprofit-organization going with zero in the surplus for the company during the year, when all kinds of revenues and costs were included in the accounting systems, and these systems are about details and large things when we are here, and we love sales management and doing sales, and it is important to continue and further develop what one has started to work with earlier. So, today NSB is called for Bane NOR, and the bosses are earning millions of money during the year, and the train driver or the employees are also earning enough money for being there, to be proud over own working place, and for doing more operations in the present and in the future, and we do not know anything about the life, and therefore we should take everything just as it is given us, and we are here to love and to appreciate the networks we are working within, the bosses, the partners, the employees, the potential customers, the customers and the vendors we are using, and we are here to be both dynamic and static in our behavior, and we are always clear, and especially good clear, after a good night with much sleeping behavior.
It is Go-Ahead Nordic that is driving the Sørland Line with their trains, and they are driving from Kristiansand to and from Stavanger, and from Kristiansand to and from Oslo, and of course the trains are stopping several places on the routes that they are giving their traffic routes when things are as they are from the one day to the next, and what is happening with passengers, trains, systems, stations or whatever should be communicated by the communication employees being responsible for making and taking trains, and for giving properly information informal and formal, and also in the media channels, with making some conceivable messages with the human body, written or oral, when being here.
So, there have been a discussion among the employees and the employer in the railways, and the systems incorporating all these trains, and in many countries, there are private firms, and they are living to earn money, but in principle the trains shall bring you from one place to another in an effective way, and when using the time as the plan shows, and we should not have too expensive tickets, and hence people and organizations are using the trains since they are a cheap alternative of all things to be done, and in Norway we have a project «Design to Cost», and hence we should try to have good railway systems, and not being delayed from any place to another, and we must plan and design the routes in properly ways, and hence there should also be enough costs of doing the railways just as they are chosen to be where they are. And hence, there must be done investments in the railway systems, and the public system must give enough money to different things and purposes, and therefore we cannot always demand that the companies doing the railway can go with profit, but just look to Denmark and see how the public system is using money on the railways, since we cannot expect that all the kinds of costs should pay themselves. And the railways are transporting people and goods and services, and that is the philosophy from time to time, and without the railway many things are getting bad or being hurt, so we need it!
It was the invention of the steam engine which made the foundation for the development of the railway. The first real locomotive was constructed by the British person Richard Trevithick in 1804, and he was a British inventor and a mining engineer, but it was George Stephenson who created the basic type for future steam locomotives, and the first was in 1814.
