on this occasion I would like to introduce one type of clay mushroom known as Ganoderma mushroom.

Ganoderma mushrooms or linzhi mushrooms are also known as wood mushrooms. Because this type of fungus grows on wood as a pathogen. Although it is considered harmful to plants, ganoderma actually has many benefits for the health of the body. So that ganoderma is used as an ingredient to make herbal medicine.

anoderma or lingzhi has good benefits for the health of the human body such as strengthening body resistance, overcoming depression, helping to overcome cancer cells, overcoming inflammation, protecting cells from damage, preventing heart disease, preventing allergies.

but you should eat this mushroom that has been processed in the right way and the dose has been measured.
