this time I will be back in the contest held by @sultan-aceh, namely CONTEST EXCLUSIVE WEEK XXII - COMMUNITY WORLD OF XPILAR.

The Swallowtail butterfly is a large, colorful butterfly in the family Papilionidae. Butterflies share a number of distinctive features. For example, the papilionid caterpillar has a part of a repugnatorial organ called an osmeterium on its prothorax. The osmeterium remains hidden, but when threatened, the larvae turn it out through its path. back transversely by inflating it with liquid.

The forked shape of some of the swallow's hind wings, which can be seen when the butterfly rests with its wings outstretched, gives the swallow its common name.

The main features that distinguish this Butterfly from other butterfly families are:

The osmeterium is a branched, fleshy eversible organ found in the prothoracic segment of the caterpillar.
Venation – in the swallow, the second anal vein, extends to the margin of the wing and does not connect with the first anal vein. These veins are fused in other butterfly families and do not reach the wing margins.
the neck membrane between the head and chest that fuses under the neck where the muscles for head movement are anchored.
