Photo of the week #143 | icebreaker "St. Petersburg"

This icebreaker is quite young and we have only two of them. The first was the icebreaker "Moskva" and it is considered the lead ship of this class. I know that our icebreaker can not only navigate ships through the ice, but also search for sunken ones, and it has many other tasks. Unfortunately, I don't have photos of his ice breaking work, but I saw it once and it was very powerful and beautiful. Perhaps this is all from words, how can I accompany this photo taken in the winter near the English Embankment in St. Petersburg.

Этот ледокол довольно молодой(2009) и таких у нас два. Первым был ледокол "Москва" и он считается головным судном этого класса. Я знаю, что наш ледокол умеет не только проводить суда сквозь льды, но и заниматься поиском затонувших, и много ещё у него разных задач. К сожалению, у меня нет фотографий его работы по ломке льда, но однажды я это видел и было очень мощно и красиво. Пожалуй, это всё из слов, чем я могу сопроводить эту фотографию, сделанную зимой в районе Английской набережной в Санкт-Петербурге.
