Стоя на берегу, подняв воротник лёгкого плаща и наблюдая полное отсутствие граждан в этом, обычно людном по выходным месте, я думал о тёплом пальто, шапке с ушами и утренним вопросом матери: "А не посторить ли нам теплицу?" Она переживает, что рассада перцев и помидоров погибнет, если май не потеплеет. Вчера и сегодня с утра опять шёл снег...

Вчерашний день отличался от сегодня только более сильным ветром и наличием солнца сквозь облака, но это солнце совсем не греет, а только ослепляет совершенно беспощадным блеском.

Вчера я думал то же самое, что и сегодня, что если лето будет похожим на этот май, то надо не теплицы строить, а перебираться в края потеплее и желательно поближе к экватору. Но очень не хочется верить, что это всё же не глобальное потепление, а глобальное похолодание, от которого и на экваторе не отсидеться. Где-то недавно прочитал, что мы ещё не вышли из предыдущего ледникового периода и уже приближаемся к какому-то "малому".

Apparently, her nerves could not stand wearing all these fur coats and hats, and she was walking here, though all blue-red spots on her body, but dressed for the season.

Солнце не греет даже в доме, даже в двойном дублировании створкой окна. Нам подменили и солнце? Сегодня видел обритую даму в какой-то полу-прозрачной распашонке с рукавами выше локтя. Видимо нервы не выдержали ношения всех этих шуб и шла хоть и вся посиневшая, но одетая по сезону.
