Wellington dates back to the 1860s when a bridge was built over the Walker River and became the main road between Carson City and the mining town Aurora. Wagons and stages were repaired, horses shod and the station became a trading center for nearby ranches and farms. After the mining boom, Wellington has become productive farmland, producing high-end free-range beef and alfalfa.

This is my favorite :)

And what about the last picture, a compilation of 4 photos or such a complex reflection?

@bambuka Thank you, that is one of my favorites too.

The last one is "as is". It is the reflection of the sky in the window of the Wells Fargo building. I am shooting up through the window to the ceiling of the building. It is a tin ceiling with a pattern pressed into it, used during the 1800s in many commercial buildings.

I understood :)
The result is a rather complex image, as if the ceiling is in several planes.

Good :) it is a complex image and hard to explain.

Wonderful photos! Yours always bring me memories! good ones!

@romanie Thank you, that is so nice to hear :D More to come...

This picture looks so cinematic

The blue sky on B&W helps alot giving mood to the composition :) nice post !

Thank you :) There is no air pollution out here (unless there is a fire), so intense blue skies. I try to shoot on "cloud days" for more drama.

Perhaps editing thouse cloudy days into more cold tones can give some mood and dramatic feel :)
