Life is an endless number of events, in each of them we experience different feelings depending on the situation we are facing. There are very good days, those where everything or almost everything goes as we were expecting, where in our path we get only open roads or as they say over there all the traffic lights with the green light. There are other days that maybe not everything goes well, because there are many circumstances that do not depend on our intervention or control directly, but at all times, we must remember that we are here at this moment to live and enjoy our existence.

Enjoying each day becomes a process where despite the obstacles and inconveniences we assume a positive attitude, ah but very careful with being positive in excess or positivism without foundation. To be positive in spite of the difficulties means to look for solutions and not to remain with our arms crossed. In this process that is life itself, we must learn that everything can be solved or at least we can look for strategies to minimize the consequences and collateral damage. There are many situations that we cannot control because external factors overcome us, however, what we can do is to establish a route, a path to follow so that from our existence everything can improve.

In my daily chores, my first instinct upon waking up is to give thanks, to be grateful, regardless of religion, belief or philosophical stance is the beginning of a good day. Be thankful for what you are and what you have because it is surely much more than what you can think of yourself. This first step of our day to day in gratitude allows us to enjoy waking up to life in a new day. For many the previous day became the last of their passage through the world without even realizing it, how many submerged in the night's sleep did not have the luck that you have today my dear reader, if it is a luck and a miracle to be alive.

Enjoy each day, each one of your days is valuable, it has a special meaning. The moments in which we are happy are concentrated in those spaces where only we are able to decide how to act in the face of adversity. In my particular case, I decided a long time ago to enjoy each day because I really don't know if it can be the last. Without committing excesses or abusing the elements and my vital energy I have to enjoy each new opportunity and beginning, I am and always will be able to assume and solve the problems that may appear to me and especially I am a human being who lives in the conviction that each new dawn brings many opportunities, some come alone others we create them, but in the end we always have options.

Enjoying each day is an invitation to recognize the good in your existence, to think beyond what we sometimes think are just problems. Every day can be a beautiful life experience, enjoy and be happy with the good moments and enjoy, develop patience and especially learn from the not so good days.
