A place in space 3 / Cigarette smoke is bad for ETs

While flying my ship through outer space, I entered an unknown corner of the galaxy and suddenly found myself surrounded by several alien vessels completely unknown to me. According to the intergalactic language translator, a message arrived on my command monitor: "You are under arrest for having entered our space. You must steer your ship where we direct. Do not attempt to escape or resist, because we are 10 against 1. You must come with us to be questioned by our authorities."

Escorted by those ships, in a matter of minutes I arrived at an unknown planet and was then taken down into a strangely shaped structure, somewhat resembling a toy bracelet with bright colors and lights.

There, some tall, thin, big-headed guys with only one eye appeared. They asked me a series of questions, as if they were deeply investigating the reasons for my presence in those parts of outer space. Afterward, they discussed my situation among themselves and finally told me: "We will destroy your ship, and you will remain captive for the rest of your days on our planet."

However, I tried to defend myself by telling them that my intention, and that of the inhabitants of my world, was not to invade their part of the galaxy, but they refused. In the midst of my worry, I decided to light a cigarette to calm my nerves, but something extraordinary happened: The tobacco smoke made all those men collapse as if they had been shot. Then I decided to board my ship and, fortunately, began my return journey.
