Calgary Stampede - Cowboy Hats, Concerts and Carnival Magic 🤠 🎉 🎊 🎡

Hi Everyone 🥳

Let me tell you about the Calgary Stampede 🎉 This festival held every July in Calgary, Alberta, Canada 🇨🇦 It's an experience that’s just bursting with energy, fun and a whole lot of Western charm 🤠 It's just one of the most fun-filled event you could ever imagine 🤩

When you walk up to the festival entrance and see the sign that says "The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth" you just know it's going to live up to the hype and let me tell you, it really does👌 It's like stepping into a whole world of excitement. You've got everything: incredible concerts that get you dancing, amazing rodeo shows, an amusement park with rides and games and street food that is so good you wanna try everything😄

There were photo spots everywhere with platforms set up so you can snap the perfect festival pic. These included cowboys boots, hats, Yahoo.. Plus, there were live dance and orchestra performances happening all around you, adding this vibrant energy to the air. And the shows, they were amazing! From dazzling horse performances to thrilling horse races that’ll have you on the edge of your seat.

And the First Nations tents. They were filled with displays of culture, history and art. You can even shop around for souvenirs and everywhere you look, you see people with their cowboy hats and boots. It was just such a unique, lively atmosphere😍 It’s everything you could ever want from a festival and more🎉

Yes, as I said the atmosphere is just buzzing from the moment you walk in. The food, of course, is a huge part of it. There were world cuisines and all these unique street flavors coming together. Honestly, looking back, I realize I spent more time recording videos than taking photos. So, I don’t have a ton of detailed pictures to share from the food section, but trust me, there were so much food trucks.

Who knows, maybe one day I’ll start a YouTube channel, and then I can really show you all detailed views I recorded. If that happens, you’ll be the first to know, and I’ll totally invite you to watch my videos🤗

Let’s talk about the games and gambling for a sec🙊 because wow, do people get into it! From trying your luck at classic carnival games to more intense experiences at the casino-style setups, there’s always a chance to win something. Omg, amazingly everywhere was toys. Why didn't I take a photo of the extraordinary sight of many people carrying toys won from the games in their arms😅

Oh, and the evening shows🔥 you cannot miss them! The grandstand show is a spectacle all on its own, but the horse racing is what gets your heart racing 🐎

It is very difficult to explain this huge 10-day festival in one post. I don't wanna squeeze the horse races and evening show into this. I will share that in a separate post another time 🙃

The Stampede Festival is this magical blend of everything that makes summer unforgettable 😍🥳
