In my opinion, life is a pretty strong current that sometimes makes me feel like it's flowing too slow and sometimes too fast. I'm happy to see you every time I look, whether it's slow or fast flow ♥︎

We all want to be happy. Do we need only happy memories and happy experiences to have a happy life? A happy life does not only consist of happiness, just having happiness can make many things meaningless. Shouldn't we be familiar with all other emotions in order to be happy and feel happiness?

I believe that the more different emotions we experience, the more we discover ourselves. Compassion, patience, anger, tolerance, trust, sadness, emotionality, courage, fear, shame, where do they begin, where do they end, what are their limits...

Emotions are triggered by experiences, which originate from people. The severity and duration of situations determine their impact. Good or bad experience both contributes to us, but only as long as we can recognize them. But do things that constantly trigger our emotions, which we categorize as negative, still, contribute?

Can we lose ourselves while discovering ourselves? Then, the effects of who we include in our lives and who we remove from our lives may be greater than we think.

As a matter of fact warmhearted and conscientious people make life better. It is very valuable to be able to be happy together in good times and to share sadness together in bad days. And being able to talk without judgment about every subject and every thought means a lot. So, I feel lucky to have you in my life, my precious friend 🥰

I wish your new age to be one where good friendships get stronger, toxic friendships go away, you live to the fullest, and you get inspired by everything life has to offer 💃🏻
