Today I am among you in support of my Community @Worldofxpilar and in response to a request from friend @stef1 who asks us to say why we think our community should enter the Community support programme.

I feel that for a house to function well, the management must be even better. This for a simple fact, none of us can give what we don't have. A Community, to be functional, effective, productive and happy, must have a good leader. A leader capable of seeing the needs of those who support him and offer opportunities to those who make it up, delegate functions to people who really want to work for the community, among other things of his position so that we all contribute to make ours a community that feels happy.

@Xpilar, as well as the different moderators, have been able to make many of us who live here feel an important part of the community. When I first came across steemit one of the first things that caught my attention was the "Communities" and I asked myself, which of these would I be most efficient in and would love to belong to, it was then that I saw the variety of activities and competitions and I subscribed.

Although I'm not a professional photographer I came across @axeman and his extraordinary contests in which I have found my desire to photograph and share my photography (not only the new ones but also the ones I've had in my archives for a long time). Something for which I am super grateful.

If there is something I like as much or more than photography, it is writing and in the initiatives of @adeljose and @franyeligonzalez there is a great opportunity to exercise that passion. The art of drawing and painting is very well carried out by @stef1 and @art-venture.

As time went by, I have also been pleasantly surprised to realise that the concern is not just to win for the sake of winning, but that if you win, you can use it for your own benefit and for the common good by voting, commenting and delegating your profits.

The way I feel about things, I believe that WOX focuses not only on economic growth, but also on the personal growth of its subscribers or neighbours, as we see it, and this is the best part.
