Creating a Post from Chat Messages

The other day I showed that the chat messages between an asker and a helper. After an asker rated the help, then the dapp creates a steem post from the chat messages as follows:

In the above image, the asker's messages are shown in normal style whereas the messages by the helper are shown in quote style.

This kind of post has a specific tag to indicate a help post which can be shown in the feed.

The following data is from a help post which was created by the EtainClub dapp.

You can find the beneficiary settings, tags and app (Etainclub/0.1.0).

Then these help posts appear in feed screen like this:
