The Old tract. Birichevo

Birichevo - for some reason this village sounds like something big to me, but there are only two houses in it, in one of which people sometimes live.

Later I remembered that there is a village with the same name in the Ust-Alekseevsky rural settlement and it is really larger.

In general, birich from Turkic is a kind of herald, that is, an official whose duties included declaring various decrees and orders.

Through Birichevo there is a road to other almost disappeared villages Obrochnaya and Lower Aleshkovo, which are located on the other side of the Shardenga River.

And if it were not for the floating bridge because of the forest logging located somewhere in this district, then I would never have visited Obrochnaya. True, there you can only study the structure of a single house because of its ruinous nature.

I don't even know what else to say about Birichevo. A road leads to the village from an asphalted highway and there is even a sign indicating the settlement. Apparently, once there was actually a large settlement here. After all, even on the map there are five houses, but in reality there are two and a half ...

In any case, this village for me has long been a link with many other places.

To be continued...
Further it will be more interesting!
