Novoselovo is a village of the Nikolsky tract of the Veliky Ustyug district of Vologda region of Tregubovo rural settlement.
There is also an average of fifteen houses per street. This is, in principle, a standard scheme of villages on the highway. It is located on a hillside, that is, the street constantly goes down.
From the top of the hill, views are opened both on the paved road and on the wild endless distances.

The straight street goes into the distance, the houses stand as if they were lined up - they knew how to build before!
In the distance one can see the large village of Peganovo - the center of the former Lower Shardengsky rural settlement.
And if you look in the other direction, you can see the remains of the once large village of Nemnovo.
If in Elakino the pressure of the forest was felt, then in Novoselovo there is more air in space.
Although all villages have their own unique key of comfort and atmosphere.
By the way, something I have not seen cobblestones on the road for a long time. Apparently they rolled or removed for a more comfortable ride.
I wonder if they were all over the place?
It is a pity that there is very little historical data on the Internet about the tract...only a few mentions.
Further, the old tract crosses the modern asphalt road, which goes in the same direction, that is, to Nikolsk.
The tract descends and rises again, where Peganovo is already standing.
