Upper Aleshkovo is a village in the Velikoustyugsky district of the Vologda region, belongs to the Verkhneshardengsky rural settlement.
According to official data, there has been no permanent population here for a long time, but one of the houses is clearly used very often, as the territory is well-groomed, the house is painted with bright paint and a car is parked nearby.
Around - plowed fields and yellowing distances.
Nice to see it. It took me a long time to choose a place where I could stop and drink tea. The time has come!
The tract is clearly visible from a satellite map: birch and spruce plantations are visible everywhere along the road.
As if specially planted alley.
Even in the field, the old road is fenced with birch trees. The only negative is that in the copses the water dries out for a long time, forming mud and puddles.
There is about a kilometer to the asphalt road, but there is no way back! Only forward.
The next exit to a good road will be only at the intersection of the old highway with the new one. And this is five kilometers of uncertainty. The road surface of the tract has already let me down, so there are dreads for a couple of places. I remember somewhere there will be a couple of dangerous steep descents.
To be continued...
Seems like it would be a nice place to get away from it all for a couple days.
