Hey Steemians! What are you guys up to these days in this never-ending lockdown?
Me practicing various art mediums wished to try a portrait using acrylic colors this time. I have always loved working with them for how bright and vibrant they come out after drying comparing other mediums. Because acrylic paints dry darker completely opposite to watercolors which dry lighter.
So I basically took a reference from Instagram that I already had saved months ago to practice it someday since I had never painted these random portraits before.
I was so loving doing and exploring them. Though it took multiple layers of acrylic for me to provide the correct shade and colors (yes it was messed a few times🙈). The thing I love the most about acrylics, that we can always redo over our mistakes.
