For regular visitors to World Of Xpilar, the above is an image that you're going become very familiar with over the coming weeks. We're now entering the busy Christmas period where we'll have 2 updates per week - lots to talk about and lots of Steem to be won.

Gameweek 16 Round-Up

Having had their Gameweek 15 match called off due to snow, owners of Spurs players will have been ruing their luck as their match with Brighton was postponed due to a Covid outbreak within the Tottenham camp. This had the knock on effect of Brighton players also missing the Gameweek, frustrating owners of popular players such as Robert Sanchez. With Spurs due to play again on Thursday, owners will be patiently waiting to see if their match against Leicester (another team affected by Covid) will go ahead.

Amongst all of the turmoil, some teams managed to score well. Cool Moves (Vincent Loh) top scored with 89 points, followed by SERGIO RAMOSO4 (Md Ashiq) on 86 points and Corner Last Minute (Khabib Last Man) on 82. Luckily for The Sandbaggers (@herverisson), I don't know who any of these people are so we have a new prize winner this week with this Wildcard created team, scoring 77 points.

Overall Ranking

Cool Moves (Vincent Loh)'s high score has moved him to the top of the rankings but since I don't know who he is, @the-gorilla still leads the way in the prizes with @captain36 still in 2nd, 22 points behind. @arahman is once again in 6th place overall and 3rd place in the fight for the overall prizes.

Head-to-Head League

In the weekend's big game, @captain36 beat @the-gorilla to retain his position at the top of the league and put himself well ahead of his nearest challenger. The gap now opened up to 6 points with @chenty in 3rd position chasing down @the-gorilla.
