AMISTAD

La verdad, muchas veces me he sentado a pensar en lo valiosas que son esas personas que por elección propia eligen estar contigo en las buenas y en la malas, en lo valiosa que es la amistad.

Por mi parte yo nunca he sido una persona tan extrovertida y he aprendido a valorar a esa poca cantidad de personas que hoy hasta pudiera llamar hermanos y hermanas. He pasado por momentos sumamente difíciles emocionalmente estos últimos años y agradezco por esas personas que siempre han estado allí para mi, incluso cuando ni mi familia tenia idea de lo que estaba pasando. La amistad sin duda es darle un pedacito de tu corazón a alguien para que lo cuide y viceversa, es cuidar, es amar pero de la manera mas simple y hermosa.

Podría sentarme a escribir horas y horas sobre lo mucho que mis amigos me han ayudado, podría contarles con detalle. Pero la verdad, pasaría días escribiendo y narrando como han salvado mi vida una y otra vez e incluso muchos desde la distancia, porque no hay una palabra mas reconfortante que la que se dice con amor, con sinceridad y con todo el cariño posible. Me queda en mi memoria, en mi corazón y hasta grabado en mi alma todos esos momentos y palabras de apoyo incondicional que me han ayudado a ser mas fuerte y a seguir siempre adelante.

Agradezco día a día porque nunca estoy sola, agradezco porque tengo a mi lado gente que me ama y siempre quiere lo mejor para mi y agradezco porque con muy poco puedo ser feliz.

The truth is, many times I have sat down to think about how valuable those people who by their own choice choose to be with you through thick and thin are, how valuable friendship is.

For my part, I have never been such an outgoing person and I have learned to value that few people that today I could even call brothers and sisters. I have gone through extremely difficult times emotionally these last years and I am grateful for those people who have always been there for me, even when my family had no idea what was going on. Friendship is undoubtedly giving a piece of your heart to someone to take care of it and vice versa, it is caring, it is loving but in the most simple and beautiful way.

I could sit and write for hours and hours about how much my friends have helped me, I could tell them in detail. But the truth, I would spend days writing and narrating how they have saved my life over and over again and even many from a distance, because there is no more comforting word than the one that is said with love, with sincerity and with all the affection possible. All those moments and words of unconditional support that have helped me to be stronger and to always move forward remain in my memory, in my heart and even engraved in my soul.

I am grateful every day because I am never alone, I am grateful because I have people by my side who love me and always want the best for me, and I am grateful because with very little I can be happy.
