Hello steemit friends back again with @girls-steem . in today's post I'm back in participating in a contest held by @sultan-aceh namely CONTEST MACRO PHOTOGRAPHY, this contest is directly supported by @xpilar who acts as Leader, and also admin of the XPILAR DUNIA community.
Today I'm going to show you one of the pictures I took using macro photography techniques.
On this occasion I will show you one type of wild plant that has benefits for us.
While taking a walk in the morning, accidentally my eyes were distracted by the vines with flowers that resembled a shy princess. after checking the plant identification, it turns out that the name of this plant is Tetracera indica
Tetracera indica or better known as one of the species of the genus Tetracera. This plant has characteristics including bush habitus (shrubs).
The genus Tetracera is a plant species that thrives in tropical forest areas of Asia, from Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, China to Guinea. This genus has various species which basically have almost the same benefits and uses, namely as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antioxidant have hepatoprotective activity caused by the presence of various chemical constituents in it, namely flavonoids and their derivatives such as quercetin, kaempferol, apigenin, luteolin, myrisetin, rhamnetin, isorhamnetin, and azaleatin.
Efficacy of Tetracera indica Plants
The leaves and stems of Tetracera indica can be used to treat external wounds and treat gout. To heal external wounds, the method is that the leaves of Tetracera indica are burned to ashes, then the results of the burning are sprinkled over the wound. In addition to gout and external wounds, the mempelas plant (Tetracera indica) can also be used as a natural abrasive to smooth wood, by drying the leaves of the mempelas (Tetracera indica) in the sun to dry, and after drying, it can be used to smooth wood.
