HUNTING INSECT | White Striped Blue Winged Dragonfly

Hello guys!

My post today is about a dragonfly that I took with my cellphone camera while on the riverbank in the Aceh forest area with my friend. The distinctive colors of the wings and different body colors amazed me. Blue color with abstract lines on black background and nature wings.

Anisoptera that's the scientific name of this animal. Dragonflies or sibar-sibar and needle dragonflies are a group of insects belonging to the Odonata nation. These two types of insects rarely stay far from water, where they lay eggs and spend the pre-adult life of their offspring.

Dragonflies may be beautiful looking and attractive creatures, but make no mistake, they are actually ferocious predators with sharp jaws, nearly 360 degrees of vision, and can fly backwards. Here is a photo I can show you about the type of dragonfly I mean:
