3D Modeling: House of Worship Duripes

Prior to my previous blog where I showed some pictures of my model about our church, this is now the time to give it a full shot. I will share and tour you inside and outside. This model were made because I was inspired that time and also I don't have any things to do that time.

So let me start on the roofing of the building, many of us saw this kind of roofing design and I'm sure some know it's design name. This type of roof is called gambrel roof. It's has symmetrical side and have 2 slope. Also in the facade, you can sa the texture that were divided into two. From the left, you have the pattern which the materials used are polished ceramic tiles and the other side, it is a inspired trellis design in which the materials used was mahogany wood that was treated to give its beautiful wood stain.

You can see from the frontage of the church, it has this spacious garden which I decided to make it a grass instead of concrete slab because for me, nature give peace for everyone. You have the benches and many others.

Let's go inside the church, as you walk inside, you will be welcomed with the contemporary design in which the wall finished paint is white and black to have that contrast and it is so clean to see. You can see the duco finished ceiling with its modern design also.

I used Sketchup 2021 for my workflow. I modeled in it, I created all the structural members and after finishing all of its structure, I imported it to Lumion to start designing it and make it more realistic.
