This is my entry post for the weekly B&W photography and art contest hosted by @axeman. This is a photo of a street dog that I took few years ago in Istanbul using my Sony camera. Street dogs in Istanbul are an iconic part of the city’s culture and are well fed and generally well-treated by everybody. They usually roam freely throughout the city and find food and shelter everywhere provided by pet lovers and shops keepers.
