Hi all!
Today I want to tell you a little about traditions. And draw your attention to the fact that even though Moldova is a small country, each region has its own traditions. And everyone seems to be preparing this dish, Stuffed cabbage rolls.
But in every city, and it seems to me, even every family has its own recipe and its own cooking principles. For example, my grandmother prepares cabbage rolls with a large amount of tamata paste. And they not only add tomato paste to the minced meat itself, but also pour the cabbage rolls themselves when they put them in the oven.
Unfortunately, I was working when they were cooked and I was unable to capture this aroma and appearance. But believe me, it's very tasty. I would also like to say that cabbage rolls are prepared in every home and they believe that their recipe is truly correct. But it seems to me that this is just a matter of taste.
To be continued...
Peace and goodness to all!
