Since I started using the Czech Pirc defense, my victories as black have gone through the roofs!
It can look fairly inocuous at the beginning: you basically abandon the center to the whites... But then when the queen enters (very early) it can do a lot of damage. In that case, I was helped by my adversary's decision to allow my queen to stay and his chasing around the pawns in the center.
I had read about the Czech Pirc defense that there aren't many players training against this opening. Therefore, the opponent could be caught unprepared. It must be a cute advantage 🙃
