Wildlife photos on a short Safari trip to lake Mburo national park

Again beautiful couple of wildlife shots from my recent trip to Lake Mburo national park in Uganda. This time I will make it short but interesting for the eyes 👀 📸. I'm a wildlife photographer and a safari guide freelancing with different tour operators. However it's a little tricky getting someone to trust you and be given a safari to conduct for the first times. While I have been been well with my hobby capturing wildlife shots for the last few years, most people here have been following my handles and platforms so a few of those have trusted me and offered me a chance to take their guests for safaris. This becomes a perfect opportunity to capture most stunning photos that I feel proud to show the world.
The first photo is of a Rothschild's giraffe quenching thirst from a rainwater pond inside the park. As I was photographing this giraffe 🦒, some Olive baboons came up to the same sport to drink water too. Combining the two subjects was spectacular in on e photo.

The second photo is of a hippopotamus 🦛 with a buffalo 🦬 coming up from the mud pond. Usually these lonely animals are all bulls kicked out of the original herd and decided to seek for an alternative shelter and company. It's sometimes on rare occasions to spot these two together however they don't fight if they happen to meet. During hot temperatures,they soak themselves in mud to cool their body temperatures and also mud creates another layer on their body after drying that acts as sunscreen.

The third photo is of the immature Black-headed herons in a nest. It's funny seeing the mother feed them here. She carries food in the gut and feeding them is by regurgitating the swallowed food into their beaks. It's a strange sight but that's the behavior of most of the storks.

I was perfectly watching through binoculars and lens eye view finder of the camera.
