The dairy game is on again and i want to appreciate the @steemitblog for the opportunity to express my daily activities.
Apart from being part of the community, the dairy game has helped us self reflect on our daily wins and losses. Also to be thankful for the little things of life ; i have learnt to number my days really.

The first day of August was a calm on. I stayed at home all through because it was my day off from work.
I woke up very early to do my routine morning workout. I've been working on my core and my chest ! I spent about 30mins doing my exercises after which i took a shower and had breakfast.
Breakfast was noodles ( indomie noodle)
I spent the rest of my day reading and trading cryptocurrency on binance.
The cryptocurrency market over the past one week had been bullish. Major currencies have seen an increase ranging from 15-30% including bitcoin and ethereum.
However the day ended in a market decline. More details will be in my next post.
Crypto trading is very risky and so one should trade with caution.
It was a major day of rest for me so my future dairies will be more interesting.
