Your thoughts are the foundation for your emotions, and your emotions drive your action!
You might see an actor smoking in a movie and think to yourself:"I miss how it felt smoking after quitting for three months," so you start feeling a craving. Therefore you buy a pack of cigarettes.
<Your Emotions; What we feel affects how we act and what we think because our actions have consequences.
<Your Actions; What we do affects what we think about and what we feel about it.
