Action can't exist alone; it's a part of an essential cycle; The Cognitive Triangle

The cognitive triangle starts with Thoughts, which is why they always say that your thoughts shape your life; that's true in literal meaning.

To understand the Cognitive Triangle, you must know that it consists of three main components, and each one of them affects the other two.

<Your Thoughts; How we think affects how we feel and act

Your thoughts are the foundation for your emotions, and your emotions drive your action!

You might see an actor smoking in a movie and think to yourself:"I miss how it felt smoking after quitting for three months," so you start feeling a craving. Therefore you buy a pack of cigarettes.

<Your Emotions; What we feel affects how we act and what we think because our actions have consequences.

<Your Actions; What we do affects what we think about and what we feel about it.

That's why they say everything starts with your thoughts; that's scientifically true, at least till now.

It's also why you need to solve problems from their roots; your thoughts.

Positive thinking has saved my life multiple times, and I think positively because I know how much impact my thoughts have on my life.
