Hello world, here with me is a digital painting I did with my fingers using an application on my phone. This work happens to be an imaginary work, my intention was to create something abstract.

This drawing is a drawing of an old man wearing a colored cap. Most times we don’t know the capacity of our hands, like the extent in which we can create things with our hands until we put them to test. When I started this work I felt like I was going to mess things up, but little by little I was able to do something beautiful.

Progress

Below are my progress works
This was how I started out the work, I drew a rough sketch which will serve as my framework.

I added some design to the cap, the idea of the cap came from the Ghana flag which has yellow red and green color.

I added some brush strokes to the face and also did some coloration to the face, this color served as my under painting.

At this point i started adding some finishing touches to the face by giving it a cross hatching style, blending the existing colors to great a different kind of texture on the face.
