An island in the middle of the avenue (PowerUp 100%)

The busiest street in the block where I live is called Primorsky Avenue. We can safely say about this: it never sleeps. In addition, there are no traffic lights, unregulated pedestrian crossings and speed bumps on a fairly large section of the street, so you can only cross it via aboveground and underground passages (and this also means that cars move here without slowing down). And this is not all the features of Primorsky Avenue. There is a place not far from my house where the street forks, forming a rather large island. On this island there are 3 green squares and 7 houses, of which 5 are residential buildings.

The most interesting building on this island was built in the early 20th century in the Northern Art Nouveau architectural style. In fact, there are two buildings: a 5-storey apartment building and a mansion of its former owner (the mansion is still privately owned and, by the way, is for sale)). But both houses have the same address - Primorsky Prospekt, 14. I took the photos above and below from an aboveground pedestrian passage.

And this is how this passage looks from the outside...

... and from the inside. I decided to convert these images to monochrome.

And this is another aboveground pedestrian passage that leads from the island to the "mainland", and the view from it of on another facade of the same house.

As you may have noticed, the houses are protected from street noise and dust only from the river side. Alas, alas for their inhabitants. However, they are probably used to the noise and no longer notice it. But what to do with the dust?

Here are two more residential buildings on the island-a view from the river.

And here are some photos from the square.

And here is a view of these houses and an aboveground pedestrian passage from the other side of the river.
