It's been a while when we last went outdoors to exercise. We seldom have the time to jog around the neighbourhood lately because we had been busy preparing for the distance learning of our kids who are on their 7th and 4th grade. While they are still sleeping, we took the time to quickly prepare and jog. We miss being active and sweating. It was a nice warm feeling of the after burn that I miss having. Finally made it with my wife. I made this drawing to go with this post.
