Neglect is never nice to see, no. People are all about profits these days, so I suppose the neglect and the lack of money go hand in hand.... if there is nothing of financial gain to really offer then that decline is pretty imminent.

Monetizing and commercializing everything is a doomed path... and I think the current wars around the globe prove it, drugs and wars are the most profitable businesses...
