Hi friends!
Draw a grid of 6 cells by 18 cells as shown below.
Then, count down four rows and place break lines on both sides. Then, do the same for eight rows down.
Finally, place a centred break line, below the penultimate row.
With this, you can now draw the loop respecting the break lines as shown in the drawing below.
The next step is to draw the loop somewhat thicker to make the interlacing.
Final result.
