THE DIARY GAME: 2020/10/03 : cooking day and busy life at work.

Hi friends,
How are you? I hope you all are fine. After a long time, I come here to write my diary. I was a little bit busy in the last few days. I had to work until late at night and, I had Japanese online classes Monday and Wednesday after work, So I haven’t got much time to come here and update my diary. I saw new rules for the diary game season 3 also I was lucky because with new rules we don’t need to write a diary daily. These days I am trying to improve my Japanese language because it’s a little bit hard to live in Japan without having good Japanese language skills. Also, I will have my Japanese exam after two months and I need to give my best to pass this exam because it will good for my future benefits.

Last few days I didn’t do many special things. Everything was normal. Tuesday, we went out for a dinner party with our team members. It was very fun. The food was very delicious. After I came to Japan, I never had such an experience at the restaurant. It was a BBQ party. After going to the restaurant, they gave us a grill stove and a plate of beef. First, we switched on the grill stove and waited for a few minutes until it gets warm. Then we placed beef on the grill and after 1 minute we turned it around and we did it again and again for a few minutes until it gets cooked very well.

Last few days I told my parents to repair our house because It was 60 years old. It needs a lot of money. So, I am trying to save money here without spending too much. I wanted to repair it when I was a kid, but we hadn’t got a lot of money to do it during that time because my father is a farmer and my mother is a housewife. They spent all their money on our education. I thought one day I will do that when I have a job. Somehow my dream came true. But unfortunately, now I am not there to see it. I am hoping to go to Sri Lanka next year to see it but with this corona situation, it is a little bit difficult because we need to participate for 14 days quarantine period. it’s very hard to get a long holiday vacation in Japan with my job type. So, I am unlucky. I told my brother to capture some of the photos of my house while it’s being repaired. I had two brothers and one brother died when he was 18. It was a really difficult time for us, and his death changed our life a lot. Now every responsibility is in my hand because I am the eldest brother in my family.

Yesterday I went to an Indian restaurant with my friend to buy some Indian food because in Osaka and Kyoto it’s very hard to find spicy curry. Indian foods little bit the same as Sri Lankan foods so we wanted to try it for the first time. We bought chicken soup and rice and curry. It was delicious.

Today was a cooking day for me. Today also we spent 3 hours in the kitchen to prepare our food. In the evening I had a nap for 2hours. After that, I watched the IPL game. Do you know? I am a cricket lover. I saw some interesting games during the last few days that were insane. I never saw such games at the international level during the last few years. While watching it I started to write my diary. There are a lot of things to write but I don’t have much time to do that because I need to get ready for my Japanese exam in December. And also, tomorrow I have my kanji class for the first time. Before that, I need to practice some kanji. Thank yo for coming here to read this. This is my first post for diary game season 3.
