My travel day home was uneventful which was good and its good to be home, i had my alarm set for a 4.30am Melbourne time but woke at 2am for a pee pee.

Though to myself i still have 2.5 hours until my alarm but by 3am i was still awake, decided to get up and get ready to leave for the airport.

Dropped the car back and went and checked in at the Qantas area, then it was just waiting and walking around the terminal until we boarded.

I probably walked around for an hour or so occasionally popping into duty free stores to see if there was anything i wanted to buy.

The flight to Wellington had only 92 passengers out of a possible 164 seats so after we took off i moved from the aisle seat to a window seat so i could look at the clouds LOL.

Once we landed at Wellington i got my bag and cleared customs/security and went and grabbed my car, its started and i drove the 2 hours north to my house.

It was great to get home and i am will be here for 7 days as my next trip is ready to be booked, i got told it was either Brisbane (ahh some ☀️heat) or Christchurch ( freeze my 🧊🥶 nuts off - 4).

The winner is Christchurch were i will spend a 7 days from next Thursday.

Then its on to Brisbane to thaw out LOL.

That was my travel day back to New Zealand from Melbourne Australia,
