The last few days have been pretty good days here at home, on Monday i went for a few walks and racked up 12K for the day.
On Tuesday i actually got off my arse and went to the GYM for the first time in around 4 months, did some cardio for an hour and felt pretty good afterwards.
Wednesday was back to some walks throughout the day and once again i got to 12K for the day.
I also wanted to light the Fire pit so i could season the cast iron jaffle (Toastie maker) so we can start to use it, gave it a light coating of canola oil and put it over the flames.
Today for some strange reason i went back to the GYM and enjoyed it more than on Tuesday.
I have been very very slack on going to the GYM for the past few months, i have a list of excuses prepared if anyone would like to know them.
In all honesty i have been a lazy fucker 🤔✅
Smelling like a Panther
So as you know my last work trip sent me to Penrith in Sydney Australia were i stayed at a place called Littomore Apartments.
Went to the local Rugby league team which is called the Penrith Panthers.
And they had the onsite laundry with some liquid laundry i used a couple of times, my clothes just smell really nice all the time.
So today i went to my local supermarket and found the same one.
That has been the last few days here in NZ for this Kiwi.
