Introduction

Greetings everyone in world of xpilar community, how are you all doing today? I believe everyone is doing good. Am so happy to post in this wonderful community for the first time and all thanks to my good friend for organizing such a wonderful contest🤩🤩🤩🤩....as I make my entry.

If I should be opportuned to hold the Steemcurator01 account what kind of post will I curate?

This question actually got me thinking because most times I see people around me complaining of lack of votes and am like why is this wonderful post not curated??? Most times myself also complain of not getting enough vote because there are so many quality contents I will write and he expecting wonderful vote but all to no avail, so if am to place myself in the shoes of the steemcurator01,the following posts is what I will curate.

• #CLUB5050, 75 AND 100 POSTS;

If the knowledge I have now about steemit I had it 8months ago when I joined steemit,I would have been a dulphin by now but it's not yet too late to be that. Realizing that the quantity of steems in circulation can affect the price of steem changed my mindset, so if I happen to have steemcurator01 account, I will focus on voting posts made by accounts that are fully active in these clubs.

• PLAGIARISM FREE CONTENTS;

Knowing that steemit is a platform that supports proof of brain work, if I'm opportune to hold the account of steemcurator01,I will focus on those whose account are free from plagiarism so that others who are plagiarising can learn and stay away from it.

• ACTIVE POSTERS;

The truth is that there are people who are very active in steemit and on daily basis they are creating quality contents while there are others who posts one in a while which isn't good enough to keep the platform busy, so if I get the opportunity to hold steemcurator01 account,I will always reward those active posters more often than those inactive ones.

• PROMOTERS

There are some set of individuals who always sacrifice their time and resources just for promoting,recruiting,mentoring and retaining people in steemit and they are always running promotional activities just to make sure that steemit is heard all over the place,these set of individuals deserves more support so that they can be motivated to do more so if I get the opportunity to hold steemcurator01 account,I will focus on them more.

• NEWBIES

This is where the problem lies from my observation, newbies hardly get vote lately unlike when I joined steemit so if I get the opportunity to hold steemcurator01 account,I will make sure that each newbie in newcomers community gets a good vote on their introduction post,that way they can be motivated to keep being active and anything they are asked to do by the community founders like powering up,they will have the zeal to do it.

Conclusion

In conclusion, there are too many things I will do if I have the opportunity to hold the steemcurator01 account but the above stated points are the major for now. Don't forget that these are my own opinion as everyone is entitled to their own opinion and ideas.
