Dealing with Anger

in hive-185836 •  3 years ago

Ugh, what a good post, there was a time when anger wanted to eat me up inside, until I realized that it wasn't worth it, and a wrinkle was beginning to appear on my face, I thought about it, look for exercise and positive people in my life !

Anger can be very dangerous for your health and your environment.

I'm glad you took that bold step towards safeguarding your mental and physical health.
Please try to be happier and smile more often, it not only expresses our happiness but it is also known to reduce aging and wrinkles.
Cheerios! 😊

Yes,anger isn't at all good for the health.
The more we stay angry at people,or things for that matter, the sadder we get.
And if such anger isn't checked,it might make us do crazy things that we wouldn't have ordinarily done.
So in my opinion, the best thing is to just let things be and wait on Karma.
