Seeded No Yeast Bread

Hello everyone!

I have been baking homemade bread for several years now. Most of the time I make it in the bread machine.
Bread is leavened and unleavened, made from fine and coarse flour. Sometimes I make bread without yeast or on sourdough and bake it in the oven.

Simple and easy no yeast bread with seeds.

So, the recipe for yeast-free bread with flax seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds

220 grams - wheat flour.
100 grams of rye flour.
1 teaspoon of baking soda (or baking powder)
1/2 teaspoon salt (I added sea salt)
1 tablespoon sugar
40-50 grams of different seeds (sunflower, sesame, flax)
0,250 ml yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil

Mix in a deep bowl all the dry ingredients: sugar, salt, flour, baking soda, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds. Add yogurt, olive oil or sunflower oil. Knead into a soft dough. The dough should be a little sticky to your hands, Sprinkle flour on top. I baked in an oven preheated to 190 for about 40 minutes.

Then you have to wait for the bread to cool completely!
