Moving On - Imprinted by LightCaptured

Probably the most of the photographic tutorials will say something as

"make sure the camera isn't shaking" or "keep the camera steady" or "better use a tripod" or "hold the camera with both hands"

And so on, and so on. You get the idea.

All those, of course, are applied to mobile phone photography. If the camera is on a tripod, any exposure time is ok and results in crispier images.

Of course, there are always exceptions as sometimes we see pictures while we are on the move and it is impossible to stop and spend time taking photos.

Moving on while taking photos brings another opportunity as I am trying to illustrate with this "bursting" first image.

And when I am trying to "hide" the fact I am shooting while the train is moving, a compromise must be made as increasing the speed, also increases the ISO, making the photos noisier or opening the aperture, that makes less details on "focus".

I have to pay more attention while driving in the last years. Drivers here are quite careless, last time I drove a place that was about 100 km away, 3 times cars from the opposite direction entered my lane because their drivers were looking down there phones :( I had to drive a bit off road to avoid a crash...

One of the cars I rented had a GoPro stand glued on its dashboard and luckily I had a GoPro with me then so I set it up to take a photo every 90 seconds :) Some were dull, some very nice, to my surprise and then after the travel I made a time-lapse :) I should do that again, I think :)

I don't own GoPro either, they are too expensive for what they offer, I think, but I got one from a friend to use for the travel. I think this could be done with a proper phone now, probably some extra app to control the camera. Phone cameras are getting better much faster than cameras in the latest years... Have you checked the price of the latest top model of iPhone... it's A LOT
