SEC-S15W3: My Favorite Book

in hive-185836 •  11 months ago

Hello all users of the steemit platform, I am @liusir from China. I am very happy that the platform has launched my favorite books and activities. With the proliferation of electronic platforms nowadays, people rarely read paper books and can quietly read them. Reading is a great thing. I am honored to be invited by several of my friends @stef1, @@ to participate in this competition. The book I recommend to you today is a book I just read some time ago, from Carnegie's "Human Weaknesses"

human weakness

Buffett once said that the sooner you read Carnegie's book, the sooner you will be inspired. I just read this book "Human Weaknesses", which is called the sacred book this year. It has brought me an incredible impact and helped me develop many good habits in interpersonal relationships. But if you regard the principles in the book as a tool to manipulate others, you may get nothing. But if you use the principles in the book to behave with others with a sincere and friendly heart, I believe it will be of great help to your life. .

Next, I will talk about a few places in the book that inspired me the most.
First:Criticism does not change the facts, but instead breeds resentment. The best way to solve problems is through healthy communication rather than criticism and attack.

Second: Avoid arguments and accept disagreement as the way to win arguments. A more tolerant attitude when it comes to hearing other people's perspectives can help create better communication.

Third:Even if you think you are right, please save face for the other person. It does no good for either party to hurt the other person's self-esteem.

Fourth: If you are right, please win the other person's approval in a tactful and friendly way; if you are wrong, please admit your mistake resolutely and decisively.

fifth: In communication, remember to pay attention to the other party's problems, not just your own problems.

I will invite my friend @pinkcastle @stef1 @letssittt to attend, thank you.

La comunicación es la base fundamental de cualquier relación, puede haber mucha conexión pero si no hay comunicación estaremos perdidos en un hoyo vacio sin salida.

Estoy segura de que la próxima vez lo hará mejor!
