Participants in the new stage of the competition are faced with the task of catching the light. You can catch it anywhere and however you like. The field for this matter is so vast that my eyes run wild with different possibilities, but I did not go far and decided to try to do it at dawn, when the first rays of the sun illuminated the foggy window glass. The glass fogged up because by dawn it had become very cold outside.

Of course, from what I saw, nothing like that happened. The camera did not experience these sensations with me, and from the many frames I can show you only these, which to some extent correspond to the expected result of the task that I set for myself.

You can see my attempts to catch the light in the best possible way, changing the angle, leaving more or less space for shadow, including or excluding the readability of objects in the background. Although I'm not very happy with the results, I still like these photos, otherwise I wouldn't show them. There is something about them from old photographic film and something cinematic in general.

I intentionally insert paragraphs of text between the photos so that each has its own space. They cannot be mixed, although they are all from the same photo shoot. Each frame has its own idea and, in my opinion, they are not suitable for creating diptychs, triptychs and polyptychs.

This whole conversation was about the “kitchen” of catching light of different species, but I expected something completely different and ended with this shot. This fully corresponds to my current understanding of the problem, although it was done before what is shown above, so I offer only this photo for the competition.
