DIY Craft: A Wooden Bench.

Hi There.

What's up everyone?

I hope that you all are doing well and leading a happy life.
Today, I'm going to share craftwork done by using a thing that we totally ignore in real life, we don't even think of using it.

It's the stick of ice cream. The only use of this piece of wood is only limited to holding the ice cream. After that, we just throw it away. But, many beautiful things can be made of this waste. I believe nothing is waste, you can turn any waste into something useful with a perfect touch of your artist hand. That's how you can make things from which is going to decrease your financial cost and by doing that you'll be also helping in reducing the waste of our world. Today, I made a bench with those ice cream sticks. And to design it I've also used some paper and colors.

Everything that I've used in this artwork was something that was going to be thrown away. First of all the ice sticks which I collected after eating ice cream every time. I decided to only use things that have no use for me. Even the glue I used in it was one of it, my old box of glue was finished that's why I bought a new one. But, there is always some glue that stays in the box. We don't use it and throw away the box I used a stick to bring the glue out and used it to attach the sticks together. I've made some flowers with papers which also some waste pieces of paper from my last craftwork. As well as the colors I've used. By this post, I'm trying to send a message that we should try to make as little waste as we can and keep our world clean.

Now, see the steps that show how I've done my work. I'm giving them one by one below.

You see the dolls sitting in it? They were also a piece of waste. But, now they are part of my work and helping me to decorate my room.
