Hello, Steemians, especially those in World of XPilar :)
In the photo I'm submitting for the Photo of the week #72 | Submissions post | Our pets, you can see Arrow, our senior tabby and white fluffy cat while she rested on the outside window sill. She is 8 years old and a very nervous lady, so you won't see her if you come to my house to visit me. I won't take her to you either because she'll probably pee all over me if I carry her around to show her to strangers. But when we are alone at home, which is common, she happens to be very loose and shows her model material.
I took the main photo (below) recently with my Redmi 9T cell phone camera. I chose this photo because the bush leaves seen in the lower left corner bring out her pretty green eyes and because she looks very relaxed, which is a blessing for a sack of nerves like her.
En la foto que presento para la Foto de la semana #72 | Post de presentaciones | Nuestras mascotas, pueden ver a Arrow, nuestra gata mayor de mraza atigrada y blanca y melena esponjosa mientras descansa en el alféizar de la ventana exterior. Tiene 8 años y es muy nerviosa, así que no la verás si vienes a mi casa a visitarme. Tampoco te la llevaré porque probablemente se orine encima si la llevo para enseñársela a los desconocidos. Pero cuando estamos solos en casa, que es lo habitual, resulta que es muy suelta y muestra su material de modelo.
Hice la foto principal (abajo) hace poco con la cámara de mi móvil Redmi 9T. Elegí esta foto porque las hojas del arbusto que se ven en la esquina inferior izquierda hacen resaltar sus bonitos ojos verdes y también porque se ve muy relajada, lo cual es una bendición para un saco de nervios como ella.
Thanks to her nerves, she became my companion, because the day we picked up her mom and siblings to take them to her foster home, there was no way to catch her; as usual, she ran away as fast as an "arrow"--and hence her name. She hid very well for 3 days. But that's another story.
For those who don't know her, this is the shy damsel Arrow:
Gracias a sus nervios, se convirtió en mi compañera, ya que el día que recogimos a su mamá y hermanos para llevarlos a su hogar adoptivo, no hubo manera de atraparla; como siempre, huyó veloz como una "flecha"--y de allí su nombre. Se escondió muy bien durante 3 días. Pero ésa es otra historia.
