Challenge - Stay home, share 3 travel photos

Hi Friends

Continuing with the challenge I want to present my day 7 and also the last of the series #travelathome. Today I will travel in my memories to a colonial city in Mexico, San Miguel De Allende.

This trip was made on Christmas 2018, we went to know this city very famous in Mexico for the facades of their houses and streets of stone.

Because it is so famous and visited by many tourists, it was impossible for us to find a place to spend the night. I remember that we had to park the car far away from the center and we walked to look for lodging and a restaurant to eat. Of course, although we went through many hotels and hostels we did not find any room available. In order to eat we had to line up outside the restaurant and wait for a table to be available which was worth it, as the food in the city is very delicious.

After lunch we toured the city center, there was no place that was alone, the amount of people was impressive, the streets were crowded with cars and people, it was definitely not the best day to visit the city. However it was worth it because it is a very beautiful city, with a lot of colonial architecture, surely in a time of low tourist demand can be better appreciated. At the end of the day we continued our way to Queretaro which would be our second stop. And that's all in this #travelathome adventure I hope you've had as much fun as I have. Take care and see you in the next post.
