Hello @mister-omortson and al photography fans.
My contribution this week is this twilight panoramic view of The Nile when it passes through the city of Cairo, a city and also a country that lives thanks to this river.
The image was taken using Fuji Provia Slide film from the highest spot in the Egypt's capital, the Cairo Tower, that reaches more than than 90 meters from the ground level. In order to have the picture utterly sharpen, I used a tripod.

Good evening @mister-omortson I would like to enter this week's river contest with my photo of the Nile. A photograph of it caught my eye in a textbook when I was about eight years old. I am lucky enough to have now seen the Nile many times. I was even based in the touristy resort of Hurghada one summer. The river itself in real is much more exotic compared to the small photo in my textbook from years ago. There is a lot going on by the river including trade. Accommodation here is luxurious but a fantastic value and therefore a popular choice for international tourists. По новой теме. В Электростали, где я живу, протекает только ручей Безымянный, который в народе имеет два названия на выбор: речка Вонючка и речка Говнючка.
Поэтому я лучше покажу Москва-реку в районе парка Коломенский на закате. Там поприятней будет. :)
