This tiramisu is the sunniest you could cook up. Leave the usual coffee aside and make a more tangy version. It is very important to do well the snow whites. TIRAMISU WITH LIMONCELLO

Ingredients

  • Twenty cookies with a spoon
    -250g of mascarpone
    -3 eggs
    -10ml of limoncello
    -2 lemons
    -120g of sugar
    -salt

Preparation

  1. Beat the egg yolks with half the sugar. Gently fold in the mascarpone. Add the lemon zest.

2.Mount the egg whites until stiff and add the sugar little by little. Mix the two preparations together, avoiding breaking the egg whites.

3.Squeeze your two lemons. Mix the rest of the sugar with the limoncello and the lemon juice.

4.Dip your cookies in the syrup made with limoncello.

5.Place your cookies in the verrines. Pour the mascarpone mixture. Place a few pieces of lemon. Cover with the mascarpone mixture and garnish with lemon zest. Keep refrigerated for at least 4 hours.
