Micromphale collariatum
Hello all World of Xpilar friends
Back again with me @novaamalia in the @xpilar and @aceh-team communities. In this post, I will share content about macro photography which is still my favorite photography theme for me to do when I have free time, capturing a photo of micro plants using a macro lens will produce images valuable thing about the object, and there will be many other things that we will see it.
I found a few mushrooms growing on rotten logs near my backyard, about 6 to 7 mushrooms growing together with different shapes and sizes but have similarities with one another.
It has a white parachute-like hood and a long thin black stem that makes this mushroom look attractive for portraits. I used a smartphone camera with a 100mm macro lens to get a larger and more detailed image of the object I photographed.
This mushroom I found belongs to the Marasmiaceae mushroom family, which is a wood fungus that usually grows on twigs or logs in the tropics, besides that this fungus will release spores depending on the humidity around it.
The scientific name of this mushroom is Micromphale collariatum - source or commonly known as Marasmius Rotula - source, I think this mushroom has its uniqueness because it can last a little longer than other types of wood mushrooms, I took a photo of this mushroom in the afternoon and its shape still looks intact and not dry.
